Description
Safety-Care is a training program for staff working with children, adolescents, or adults who may exhibit challenging or dangerous behavior. The focus in Safety-Care is on prevention, safety, and humane, supportive, evidence based interventions. The focus of Safety-Care is to create a positive learning environment, focusing on the prevention of challenging behaviors through proactive strategies and environmental supports.

This training will also cover the foundations of debriefing following an escalation.
Attendees are encouraged to bring redacted student data for review during the training.
