“The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” - Aristotle

How can we make our AESD Network greater than the sum of its parts? What if we looked more closely at the “parts” of our Network? What if we examined the networks within our Network? What would happen if those networks were included…involved…invited? What if we re-imagined the AESD Conference as a true networking opportunity that brings our teams together?  Imagine the Power of the Network!

We are re-imagining the annual AESD Conference as an opportunity for the many leaders within each ESD to come together and enjoy two full days of networking.  To support this renewed level of networking, the 2018 AESD Conference is open to leaders from all areas of the ESDs, including superintendents, board members, program/department directors, specialists, and more.  This is an opportunity to meet with and learn from your “job alikes” or counterparts in similar roles.

ESD 123 is thrilled to present Mr. Galen Emanuele as our 2018 AESD Conference keynote speaker! As an international keynote speaker, Galen works with teams and organizations around the globe, including Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, CBRE, and Shell, transforming the way people interact and communicate in business. Galen’s captivating programs teach teams how to apply the improv concept of “Yes, And” to improve communication, team performance, and create an intentional culture of high-level engagement. Galen is an expert in human behavior with more than 18 years in sales, marketing, and business leadership. He is also a world-class improviser, having performed and taught improv for over 12 years, including touring with improv legend Ryan Stiles, and the cast from Whose Line Is It Anyway

Attendees can look forward to a unique, compelling, and customized presentation by Galen for our AESD Network!
