This three session book study will engage educators in discussion on the book Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. We will examine youth mental health, attention, social development, and the impact of technology on learning. Participants will discuss how trends are affecting student well-being, and reflect on developmental needs across grade levels. Through discussion and reflection, educators will connect research-based insights to their professional roles to support student learning, belonging, and engagement in school settings.
