Are you an evaluator who completed TPEP Stage 1 and 2 training prior to June 2018? If so, we encourage you to attend Equity in Your Framework. Please register for the Instructional Framework specific to your district: CEL, Danielson, or Marzano. Refer to the OSPI website if you are not sure which Framework your district uses.

 TPEP Stage 1 and 2 were updated to include an intentional focus on equity. If you completed Stage 1 and 2 training prior to June 2018, this session will provide an opportunity to engage in activities and discussions to gain new insights of how equity and equitable practices are embedded in each instructional framework. Participants will begin to develop an understanding of how to use instructional framework to grow teaching practice through an equity stance. Attendees will leave with tools, terms and strategies for monitoring racial equity in their own practice.
