Join other leaders from across NCESD and Washington State to network, learn, and grow in the principalship through this monthly, hour-long Leadership Academy PLC held remotely via Zoom. Principals, assistant/vice principals, and principal interns are welcome. Registration includes access to all resources/materials/tools shared via the group.

Our goal is to promote and generate student learning through personal and professional growth. At each meeting, participants can expect

1. A chance to network and share with others
2. Connections to leadership via one or more elements of the AWSP Leadership Framework
3. A focus on enacting behaviors that support educational equity and justice
4. Updates on "just-in-time nuts and bolts" from OSPI and ESDs

Meeting online via Zoom allows participants to join the monthly sessions from the comfort of their own school or home. Zoom links are provided as part of registration.

Clock hours: Registrants have the option to claim up to nine hours of "equity-based school practices," "educational leadership," or generic/non-specific clock hours.
