Over the course of two days, participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Marzano Instructional Framework. By the end of this stage, participants will:

• Understand the research foundations of the framework

• Gain foundational knowledge and skills for observing and evaluating classroom instruction

Intended Audience: Principals, Assistant Principals, and central office staff who evaluate teachers under the TPEP evaluation system.

In the 12 clock hours that are provided, participants may claim up to 12 leadership clock hours and up to 4 equity clock hours
