The Monticello staff will come together in a PLC work session focused on mapping upcoming units of instruction. During

this session, teams will deconstruct priority standards to clarify learning expectations, design and align assessments to

those standards, and plan high-impact instructional strategies that support student learning. The work will emphasize

coherence across standards, assessment, and instruction, ensuring that instructional decisions are intentional and

responsive to student needs. Participants will leave with concrete unit planning artifacts and shared tools they can

immediately use to support consistent, high-quality instruction across classrooms.
