Description

The Elementary Science Leadership Network is designed for elementary teachers administrators TOSA's and instructional coaches in the NEWESD 101 region. This collaborative opportunity brings educators together to share network and gather resources and information to support best practices in science teaching and learning.

Objectives:
1. Participants will use and model best instructional practices to impact STEM experiences for students through the authentic integration of multiple STEM components; align instruction and instructional materials to the NGSS and CCSS support student success on state assessments in science; support student learning with regards to STEM-related careers; facilitate implementation of the WSSLS/NGSS in their schools/districts; build their instructional leadership capacity including examples and resources to use with students and other educators.

Event Notes

For all sessions, lunch break will be 30 minutes and a digital device will be helpful.
