Description

Washington State LASER (Leadership Assistance for Science Education Reform), in collaboration with state and regional leaders and experts in science and STEM education, presents this workshop during which participants will:

  • Deepen their understanding of the current state of elementary science in Washington and why that matters

  • Focus on best practices and make connections between Science/STEM learning and equity

  • Have access to resources and partners to further support elementary Science/STEM teaching and learning (both classroom and systems level)

  • Network and learn about assets from their regional LASER Alliance and other regional/statewide partners as they translate this learning into their own context.
