In this class we will discuss new terminology in Qmlativ and the differences between Skyward SMS and Skyward Qmlativ payroll processing. Attendees will learn about new code areas including pay schedules and timesheet groups. They will work through the Process Summary to batch a payroll. Timesheets will be built from Employee Profile or other various modules, and then entered and consolidated. Running the net check calculation, generating the accounting register, running reports and updating payroll will be covered. Attendees will learn how to print payroll checks and create the payroll ACH file. Processing a void payroll will be discussed. Lastly, maintaining deductions, benefits, pay and assignment information will be covered.

Vendor payments for payroll will still be processed through Accounts Payable in Skyward Qmlativ. This class will cover generating invoices and processing vendor payments.
