Attendance Letters are used to notify guardians of student’s poor attendance and/or tardiness. You can generate Attendance Letters when a student’s absence records meets criteria defined by your school. You can configure the settings for translating attendance letters to account for different home languages as needed. Attendance Letters can be used for the purposes of: Attendance Truancy (Becca Bill) reporting, monitoring Chronic Absenteeism, and for Community Truancy Boards.
