This opportunity is geared towards teacher leaders, mentors and administrators striving to establish a successful model for continuous improvement and strengthen communication, collaboration and leadership among their teams. Effective PLCs start with developing relationships and structures to support adult learning. 

Participants will learn about leading complex change and supporting individuals as they experience change. 

Participants will reflect on their own skills and dispositions as leaders and mentors. 

Participants will learn about effective communication among teams and colleagues. 

Maximize this experience by attending with a team of teachers and administrators. 

Come ready to share collaborative experiences, questions and dilemmas to practice learning from each other. Participants will leave this session with a solid foundation for understanding teacher leadership with a focus on systems thinking.

Lunch will be provided. 9am - 3pm
