With the 2024 school year quickly coming to an end, it is time to think about running the year end processes necessary to close out the current school year. These processes ensure that data is correctly retained in the current school year and rolled to the next school year. All districts using Skyward Qmlativ must complete the 2024 Year End Processing.  The training is designed to be completed by one person per district.  

Before attending this training, the 2024 Year End District Checklist must be completed:

• Creation of the 2024-2025 school year 
• District and Entity Cloning 
• Mass creating entry records for 2024-2025
