ALL EDUCATORS WELCOME

Engage in meaningful discourse with other educators using appropriate tools strategically (SMP.5). Explore how to use tools to capture digital artifacts (CS.5). Position each other as capable of posing purposeful questions and supporting productive struggle. Whenever you choose, join co-thinking conversations with other educators as we reflect on our practice through a variety of protocols and tools of our choice.

How it works
Before Summer Solstice 2024 (Thu, Jun 20, 2024, 1:50 PM), reflect on your practice by

1. Engaging in meaningful discourse through any combination of 
   • Live Upduo sessions (see samples in this video). Join live 1:1 conversations with other educators at your convenience.
   • Anytime Slack conversations whenever you want, 24-7. (More details here.)
   • Self-directed conversations alone or other educators. Curate your own digital artifacts and share them with EachVoice@newesd101.net via your choice of Google Suite tools. 
     (Routines, protocols, and other ideas to support your reflection will be publicly available for all.)
     
     
2. Completing the course closure form to
   • Verify your digital artifacts 
   • Choose your sharing options for your artifacts
   • Declare and attest to the number of STEM and Equity Clock Hours you've earned

STEM Tools
Intentionally grow in your skill at using 

• Google Suite
• AI Tools like ChatGPT
• Upduo (a collaborative tool)
• Slack (a collaborative tool) 
  Whatever role you have as an educator, wherever you are in your journey, whomever you work with as learners/students you are invited to reflect on your practice as you choose. 

Notes about the dates and times posted below: 

1. The "Anytime in Google and Slack" events at 7:00 - 8:00 am are reminders that we can work anytime in Google and Slack
2. The Upduo times are the base times when we meet. More scheduled times will be posted as needed for participants. 

Further details about Upduo and Slack will be provided to participants upon registration. Support/training will be provided for these tools.
