Description
Are you a teacher or administrator interested in using hands-on science kits in your classroom? or maybe you're already scheduled to receive one of our kits and to get more comfortable with them before diving in? Join us for the Science Kit Exploration Day at NEWSRC, where you'll have the opportunity to explore a variety of science kits, digital resources, and teacher materials available to you through our Science Kit Cooperative!
- Explore a Variety of Science kits: Browse through a rich collection of STEM-focused, standards-aligned kits from Carolina's Building Blocks of Science (K-5), Smithsonian Middle School (6-8), and OpenSciEd Middle School (6-8), designed to engage K-12 students in exciting, hands-on learning. From chemistry experiments to physics explorations, our kits cover a wide range of topics and grade levels.
- Play with Digital Resources: Experience interactive digital tools that complement the kits and explore how these resources can enhance your science lessons. Get a firsthand look at simulations, and virtual lab tools that can bring complex science concepts to life for your students.
- Review Teacher's Guides and Materials: Take a deep dive into the teacher's guides, lesson plans, and supplementary materials that accompany each kit. Learn how these resources can help you seamlessly integrate these kits into your curriculum with ease.
- Ask Questions and Get Support: Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the kits, digital resources, and how to incorporate them into your classroom. Whether you're curious about setup, usage, or classroom integration, we're here to help!
