Description
This course bridges theory and real world applications ensuring educators feel confident and prepared to facilitate learning in PreK, TK and Kindergarten classrooms. Participants will learn how to create a classroom environment that encourages deep levels of inquiry, persistence and social engagement through hands-on activities in intentionally planned interest areas. Teachers will walk away with strategies and activities that nurture all developmental domains as assessed in WaKIDS, and authentically embed individual academic goals ensuring equitable access to all learners. Educators will practice observational assessment through online and hybrid learning.
