This workshop series will provide novice Special Education teachers an opportunity to collaborate and network with one another while learning skills and best practices in Special Education. Participants will set professional goals, build their skills around communication and collaboration, and explore the importance of teacher well-being.  Special Education topics will include understanding the evaluation process, writing IEPs, effective implementation of Measurable Annual Goals and leading effective IEP meetings.

This course is for novice Special Education Teachers in the NEWESD 101 Region and will be held in person. Those in their first 3 years of teaching Special Education are encouraged to register.
