Report Manager in Qmlativ is where users can create their own reports. It should be noted that anyone attending the training will need to be given security for Report Manager. Unlike other areas in Qmlativ, Report Manager does not apply access to data based on the user’s existing security. If you have access to Report Manager, you will have access to all of the data in the database. 

For this reason, a limited number of users are given access to this feature. Please ensure you have security to this feature before attending.

Topics will include: 

• How data should be retrieved from Qmlativ: List Screens, Data Mining, Existing Reports and last of all, creating Reports in Report Designer
• The basics of modifying existing reports and creating new reports
• Fields and formatting, Filtering, Sorting, Prompts and Calculated Fields
• We will review the options available for scheduling reports

Who should attend?
District users who have been assigned with creating Custom Reports. Districts should be aware when assigning this task that those individuals will need unlimited access throughout the database.
