Description
A Research-Driven Response to a Real Crisis
Today’s students face rising levels of anxiety, loneliness, and depression—impacting not only their well-being but also their ability to engage and succeed in school. Chronic absenteeism and academic disengagement are at all-time highs. Teacher Believed in Me is Franklin Covey Education’s direct, research-informed response to these urgent trends.
Dr. David Hatch and Muriel Summers—co-creators of Leader in Me—authored this work following an in-depth, global study of student well-being and resilience. The resulting workshop and book are rooted in decades of research and field practice, offering a proactive and actionable framework for educators.
This is a one-day workshop built on seven Leadership Skill Sets aligned to the core needs of students. Every skill set includes practices teachers can use right away. It’s designed to be personal, powerful, and practical. It moves educators beyond inspiration and into implementation—with Connection Cards, implementation routines, and a school-wide cultural impact plan built in.
Lunch will be provided.
