Skyward Qmlativ Student Demographics will teach you how to access and modify a wide range of student demographic information within the Student Profile and Student List. These areas o contain information such as student’s age, birth date, race and information about a student’s family, guardians and emergency contact. CEDARS and Special Program data will also be covered.

Users will be able to

• Add and edit students, families and emergency contacts.
• Withdrawing students
• Maintaining Special Program data
• Run student Reports
• Process Online Records (New Student Enrollment, etc.)

Skyward Qmlativ Special Education will provide users an overview of adding and maintaining Special Education data for the purpose of tracking State and Federal Reporting.

This course will prepare attendees to:

• Add Special Education Student Enrollment Records
• Add/Maintain a Referral
• Add/Maintain an Evaluation
• Add/Maintain an Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Exit a Student from Special Education
• Reactivate an Exited Special Education Student
