We will review how to maintain the charts of accounts, and how to use the available features to find detailed, specific transaction information. Summary Accounts and Account Crosswalks for Washington State reporting will be reviewed. Bank Account setup and maintenance will be a focus. Useful filters and browse screen will be discussed.

Skyward Qmlativ Account – Cash Receipt Deposit & Journal Entry

This class will focus on the process of creating journal entries and entering cash receipts. We will review the setup of Journal Entry Groups, Cash Receipts Groups, and Approvals. Batch status and Batch updating will be discussed and demonstrated.

Skyward Qmlativ Budgeting – Budget Amendment

This workshop focuses on moving budget dollars between accounts, without increasing budget capacity. As an integral part of the budget management, this class will look at creating and batching budget amendments. In Qmlativ, there is the option to have staff members submit budget amendments for the business manager to either approve or deny these requests. This functionality will be demonstrated during this class.
