This training is for those Skyward Qmlativ districts that are interested in using Student Registration, Pseudo Approvals and/or New Student Enrollment (must have license). 

Online Registration

When students are returning to the district, a returning-student registration online form can be made available for guardians to see and access within their Family Access portal. This is mobile app friendly, making it that much easier for guardians to complete the required documentation. Each step of the returning registration online form can be previewed by the guardian and any required fields or steps will need to be completed in order to submit the form, including updating any out-of-date information. A notification can be set up by the school to easily notify the guardian of the status of their registration form.

New Student Enrollment

Districts can post a submission form to their website that brand-new guardians to the district can complete. Once submitted, Qmlativ will email the guardian their login credentials. Once logged in, the guardian will have access to the district's new student enrollment form(s). The guardian can fill the form out, preview the steps within it, enter any required fields or step information, and submit. Once the new student enrollment form is submitted and reviewed by the district, upon approval, the guardian can gain access to the Family Access portal to review their student’s information

Online Forms may also be used to gather and report on data that may not be in the Qmlativ system. Areas include Activity, Administrative, Employee, Family, New Student Enrollment, Student, and Teacher. For example, you can create an online form for students or families to update health or emergency contact information when new information is available.

Skyward Qmlativ Online Forms is a cross-product module. In this session, only student topics will be covered. Training will take place in the morning with a working lab in the afternoon.
