This is the AWSP Leadership Framework initial/required 2-day training for evaluators of principals and assistant principals. Topics to be covered: (1) requirements of Principal Evaluation System, (2) overview of AWSP Leadership Framework, (3) deep dive into rubrics, (4) review of User's Guide, (5) reflective questions, and (6) writing performance evaluations.
