Welcome to Early Childhood: Observation & Assessment, an interactive distance learning course which explores observation and assessment instruments, as well as recommended practices and available resources for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.  Content includes an emphasis on observing young children and assessing their early childhood learning environments.

To register for VESi classes with clock hours through NWESD please follow the directions below.

Step 1:  Select the "Register Now!" button to begin the process of paying the clock hour fee.
 Step 2: Visit the VESi website to pay the $150 courseware fee or call VESi at 1-800-313-6744 between 8:00AM-5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Step 3: Turn all course materials into VESi upon completion. Please note: There is a two week minimum for course completion.
 Step 4: Your clock hours will be accessible through your account on this site after we receive completion confirmation from VESi. You will receive an e-mail from pdEnroller once it is recorded.
