Description

Carlos Chavez, a partner with the Pacifica Law Group, will be presenting special education law updates at the March 18, 2026 Regional Special Education Meeting in Anacortes. He will be addressing the changes in the law and answering your questions.

The rest of the day will consist of discussion around Mr. Chavez's presentation, State Updates, NWESD Updates and County Group meetings. Agenda is subject to change.

Please send your questions in advance by March 2 to Michelle Roper and she will forward them to Mr. Chavez to be researched in advance of the meeting.

This meeting is in person at NWESD in Anacortes.
