This is a working session designed for SMS Skyward District Level Contacts to retain pertinent student and system information from the current school year and run the Year End Wizard to roll the database forward to the new school year. The Year End Wizard is divided into multiple steps: Pre-Year End Validation, Next Year Table Creation, Student Program Withdrawals, Student Year End Processes, Student Year Start Utilities and Post-Year End Validation.

Target Audience: Skyward District Coordinators responsible for performing District Year End Processes in SMS 2.0.

There is a fee to attend NWRDC trainings if your School District does not belong to the NWRDC regional cooperative. Member Districts can attend at no charge. The fee is $400 for classes under 4 hours and $800 for all day classes. A PO is required prior to attendance, and can be emailed to regadmin@nwrdc.net.
