Stage 1, Day 1: This training engages participants in an overview of the Teacher & Principal Evaluation Project (TPEP) and the dimensions of the CEL 5D+ Teaching Framework through discussion and various learning engagement strategies. We focus on Student Engagement and Classroom Environment and Culture Dimensions. 

This workshop is structured to provide four hours of synchronous learning using Zoom and two hours of asynchronous learning using Canvas.
