The Language Learning Regional Network (LLRN - pronounced LEARN) is a collaborative effort between the OSPI Multilingual Program Office and each respective ESD. We cover topics related to our state's English Language Development Standards -- WIDA Standards -- and their associated assessments, the ACCESS --the annual English Language Proficiency assessment -- and the WIDA Screener, which establishes eligibility in our state's Transitional Bilingual Instructional Program.
