This workshop series will immerse participants in the new vision for equity-focussed STEM teaching and learning. Participants will develop a core understanding of the Next Generation Science Standards and A Framework for K-12 Science Education along with best practices in 5 Dimensional STEM instruction. Participants will attend two 2-hr Zoom meetings and also engage in one asynchronous task. Participants will engage with STEM Teaching Tools, video cases, and multiple resources while working independently and in breakout groups.
