Description

NOTE:  This is targeted for Grades 3-5 Elementary teachers.  The K-2 event will be held in February.

Are you looking for science ideas that will work in remote learning environments, are aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards, and include integration with Math and English Language Arts?  Then join us for our first of three events this year for Grades 3-5 teachers.  Additional events (with  new topics) will be held in the winter and spring.

During two Zoom sessions, participants will experience a short outdoor-based storyline as learners and gain all of the resources and tools that they need to implement the idea with their students.

Zoom Sessions:
Tuesday January 19, 4 - 6 PM
Tuesday January 26, 4 - 6 PM

Zoom registration link will be sent before the event.

Participants must attend both sessions, implement the proposed activity with students, and complete a short implementation document in order to collect a $100 implementation stipend.
