These sessions are part of a two-year project that will provide professional learning and targeted coaching to support school teams with enhancing school improvement efforts rooted in equity with the goal of improving the outcomes and experiences of students with disabilities. The project will focus on strengthening school teams’ knowledge and skills to deeply explore the root causes of disproportionate outcomes for students with disabilities, and implement a transformation framework grounded in the wisdom and experience of their

students who are traditionally on the margins of instructional and social spaces.
