Stakeholders from across the district will convene to identify the needs of teachers new to the district. The  induction committee will determine the current reality of the district's onboarding process and we will engage in learning about best practices for induction and how to use those as a foundation for creating a systematic, and comprehensive induction process for our new teachers.
