Description
Join the Washington Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Professional Learning Network for a webinar that delves into the connection between mental health and SEL. Participants will define mental health and SEL, identifying how the two differ, as well as how SEL can support mental health. Participants will reflect on their own stress and burnout and explore available support resources. They will also learn about strategies and resources to support students facing mental health issues and how SEL can be leveraged to create supportive classroom environments to support student well-being. By the end, participants will leave with clear action steps to support adult and student well-being.
