Secondary trauma, also known as compassion fatigue, can affect anyone and in particular affected school staff this past year. Learn from a Kaiser Permanente Mental Health Specialist and from the Alliance for a Healthier Generation expert as they explain the signs and symptoms of secondary trauma and provide tangible skills and online-resources to prevent and treat it. All resources shared are available at no cost to Washington school districts from Kaiser Permanente’s Thriving Schools and the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. This webinar is designed for K-12 school district administrators, educators, and staff.
