Join other Washington State K-12 educators interested in expanding support for and access to Media Literacy & Digital Citizenship instruction in their schools, districts, and beyond. Share ideas about how to connect with colleagues and district leadership, collaborate with others on projects, develop curricular changes that support all students, and work towards policy changes. Teacher-librarian Shana Ferguson will facilitate the meetings, which will be held the second Tuesday of the month, October through May, on Zoom. The October 10 kickoff meeting will feature a presentation by guest speaker and Media Literacy specialist, Faith Rogow, who has put together a toolkit to support educators in this work.
