Mentor Roundtables are year-round opportunities for mentors and coaches to build knowledge, practice skills, collaborate with colleagues, and reflect on their work supporting educator growth and pursuing educational equity. Roundtables follow a 3-part structure: Connecting, Building, Coaching.
