Description
Coaching Boys into Men & Athletes As Leaders is a comprehensive violence prevention curriculum and program that inspires athletic coaches to teach their young athletes that violence never equals strength and violence against women and girls is wrong. The program comes with strategies, scenarios, and resources needed to talk to boys, specifically, about health and respectful relationships, dating violence, sexual assault, and harassment.
This free training event is open to any coach, athletic director, team mentor, or advocate in Washington State who wants to implement Coaching Boys Into Men and/or Athletes As Leaders with high school-age athletes, and is willing to commit to implementing the program with their team after participating. Coaching teams are encouraged to attend together and may be given priority for registration.
OSPI Sexual Health Curriculum Review 2021 Athletes As Leaders
Step One: Register for this event via PDEnroller

Be sure to register under the same email you used for PDEnroller to ensure that we can verify your attendance for clock hours
Step Three: You will receive an email regarding all of the information you need to attend the training
Step Four: Attend training Thursday, February 15, 2024 @ Mercer Island Community & Events Center 5-8pm
Step Five: To receive clock hours, you must attend and complete the full training and fill out the pdEnroller evaluation
Step Six: You will receive your clock hours via email approximately 2-3 weeks after submitting your evaluation
