Roundtables are ongoing opportunities for mentors who have taken Mentor Academy 101 to continue learning in community. BEST's Roundtable offerings are open invitations. Participants can attend one or all sessions of one or more Roundtables based on their needs and interests. 

1. Clock hours will be calculated based on the actual amount of time spent in sessions.
2. Participants can mix and match sessions between the variety of Roundtables.
3. Clock hours will be processed in January and June.

• Target Participant: This Roundtable is for participants seeking to grow innovative leadership skills as they mentor, coach and teach in a variety of school contexts.  
• Each Roundtable will have a focus from Arise, both reading and practice, that will help us to build our skills to coach behaviors, beliefs, and ways of being.  All educators are welcome, regardless of mentoring experience or current job title.
