Roundtables are ongoing opportunities for mentors who have taken Mentor Academy 101 to continue learning in community. BEST's Roundtable offerings are open invitations. Participants can attend one or all sessions of one or more Roundtables based on their needs and interests. 

1. Clock hours will be calculated based on the actual amount of time spent in sessions.
2. Participants can mix and match sessions between the variety of Roundtables.
3. Clock hours will be processed in January and June.

• Target Participants: Coaches and mentors and anyone else who wants to attend
• This Mentor Roundtable is grounded in the OSPI BEST Mentor Standards and will focus on coaching and mentoring as a sophisticated set of learned skills, which will we delve into and acquire, develop, and practice together through this Roundtable learning opportunity. The work will be interactive and applicable and focus on novice educator support. Choice time and a variety of resources will be offered and provided. This Mentor Roundtable is open to all levels of mentoring knowledge and experience.
