Join either the morning or afternoon session of this 90-minute webinar designed for Comprehensive School Counseling Program (CSCP) teams to explore how aligning your CSCP goals with your School Improvement Plan (SIP) can strengthen partnerships and improve outcomes for all students.
Presented in two parts, the first 45 minutes will focus on why alignment matters, how to incorporate data, translate CSCP terminology into SIP-friendly language, and access practical tools including American School Counselor Association (ASCA) templates and new Washington-specific resources. In the second half, you’ll have supported work time to immediately apply what you’ve learned.
Leave with a draft of SIP-aligned CSCP goals, new strategies to foster administrator investment, and a stronger foundation for schoolwide collaboration.
