Building on attendance and grade point average (GPA) research, we’ll dive into Washington State’s High School & Beyond Plan (HSBP) requirements, which begin in grade 7 and include a career interest and skills inventory, goal-setting, and initial course planning. We’ll also examine how vertical partnership with high school counselors strengthens Freshman On‑Track outcomes. Walk away with artifacts to support your Comprehensive School Counseling Program (CSCP) and a strengthened network of professional peers.
