Join either the morning or the afternoon session of this 90-minute webinar designed for Comprehensive School Counseling Program (CSCP) teams to learn how to write effective pre- and post-test questions that gather the right data to assess whether your goals are being met and identify areas for improvement. In the first half, participants will explore different question types to assess student attitudes, knowledge, and skills, learn how to incorporate the collection of both participation and outcome data, and strategies to align questions to evaluate both CSCP and School Improvement Plan (SIP) goals. In the second half, you’ll have supported work time to apply your learning and build your own pre- and post-test. Walk away with a completed set of attitude, knowledge, and skill-based questions you can immediately use in your program to measure impact and share meaningful results with students, families, colleagues, and school leaders.
