This comprehensive 1.5-hour training provides school and district staff with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively implement the “I Love U Guys” Foundation’s Standard Response Protocol (SRP). Participants will explore the purpose and structure of the SRP, understand each action (Hold, Secure, Lockdown, Evacuate, Shelter), and learn how to apply them consistently across school settings. The session includes implementation planning, communication strategies, alignment with Washington state requirements, and best practices for training students, staff, and families. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped to launch or refine SRP use in their buildings with confidence and clarity.
