Description
Are you ready to move beyond building your theoretical understanding of racial equity in education? Do you want to practice building your skills to engage students, coworkers, and community members in conversations about race, systemic racism, and racial equity in your school or district? Join us for a day of practice. Learn about racial equity facilitation skills and more importantly practice with a community of learners. Whether you lead conversations formally or just want to build your skills to talk more explicitly about race, this workshop can benefit you. Please note, this workshop requires a solid foundational understanding of race, systemic racism, and racial equity.
