Participants will PAUSE for presence to explore the evolution of educational equity, the importance of adult SEL to support students, and the alchemy of individual wellbeing, by learning and experiencing the art and science of how to transform trauma into catalysts for positive social change in teaching, learning and leading. The following key practices concepts are explored: restorative education, equity-intuitive leadership, holistic humanization and wellness education. Participants will learn and grown in skill, comfort and equity-intuitiveness with trauma-informed skills to build wellness both individually and collectively
