This virtual event is focused on providing information and support to those who will be mentoring ESAs, specifically those who work with in special education such as SLPs, PTs, OTs, school psychologists, etc.  This training will be grounded in the pursuit of equitable outcomes for students in Washington state by providing quality supports to those who will be mentoring new ESAs.  The training will focus on legal knowledge, procedural activities, and role-specific supports new-to-profession ESAs need mentor coaching with.  There will be content delivery and time for shared learning.
