Description
Conflict and engaging in difficult conversations about race are often challenging. Join us for a three-part experiential learning series where you will examine race, power, White privilege, and institutional racism to deepen your understanding and practices around coaching and adaptive leadership for racial equity. You will explore tools, resources, and practices to identify your core equity dilemma, to facilitate and deepen racial equity conversations, and to build adult capacity to strengthen educational outcomes of historically under-served students. The Institute is guided by an essential question: "What coaching/leadership moves are critical to implement to disrupt and dismantle inequitable practices, policies, and procedures so all students achieve?".
