This training is designed to provide school and community agency staff an opportunity to develop collaborative teams focused on delivery of post-secondary transition services for students with disabilities and increasing successful transition from K-12 education to post-secondary experiences.  Utilizing a combination of presentations, discussions and teaming opportunities,  participants will gain increased insight about effective communication styles, role clarification, collaboration strategies, and problem solving skills .  

DVR counselors, DDA case-managers, School-to-Work Coordinators, secondary special education teachers, transition specialists and special education administrators are invited to attend.
