Breathe For Change is a well-known Yoga Teacher Training that has a mission in empowering educators to enhance well-being in their lives, classrooms, and school communities. One of the B4C facilitators invites you to join this six-hour overview of wellness skills, social-emotional learning practices, and continuing professional support. This training will offer a wide variety of yoga and mindfulness techniques to use with your students, while remaining trauma informed and culturally competent.
Breathe For Change empowers educators to enhance well-being in their lives, classrooms, and school communities. We unite, train, and support educators in wellness and social-emotional learning practices to unleash the full potential of every student AND teacher.
This session will have a focus on practices with Pre-K to Elementary Students.
Please plan to dress comfortably, as this is a hands-on workshop and you will be practicing the yoga and mindfulness techniques.
Attendees should bring:
- A water bottle for hydration.
- A journal/notepad and writing utensil.
- A small personal towel (optional)
