During this full-day workshop, presenters Dr. Michael George and Dr. Nancy George will provide insight, strategies and tools regarding best practices when working with students with emotional and behavioral challenges. The Michael and Nancy are nationally recognized experts in this field of education and draw from their experiences at Lane School in Eugene, OR and Centennial School of Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, both self-contained day-schools for children with intense emotional and behavioral needs.
This workshop will provide strategies for reducing the frequency and intensity of behavioral escalations within the classroom and school setting, creating a positive, productive and safe learning environment for both students and teachers.
